Hilot Recipe for Cough and Phlegm

Last week stay in training program requires me to wake up early in the morning and stay up late at night that made me feel sick on the last days of training. But thankfully we have successfully completed the training program and have initiated our new Hilot Binabaylan.

Everyone is happy that we made another success but my body becomes weak as the whole process overwhelm me so much. Though no fever nor flu. I just have difficulty of breathing because of phlegm that stuck in my throat and chest area. When i cough it off, the phlegm does not come out. So i need a Powerful expectorant to remove the stubborn phlegm.

Now what i have available is Ginger and Malunggay. I made a powder of ginger and malunggay separately because i use it also in making tablets which i will share some other days here, but for now what i am sharing is a powerful infusion of this powerful herbs that will expel the stubborn phlegm in your body.

moringa-ginger-tea-250x250  Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon of Malunggay Powder

1 Tablespoon of Ginger

1 Cup of Boiling Water

Strainer

Procedure:

Put 1 tablespoon of Malunggay Powder and 1 Tablespoon of Ginger Powder to you coffee mug or tea cup and add boiling water. Let it sit for 10- 15 minutes for infusion and after 15 minutes strain it and ready to drink.

Take this 3 times a day and you will notice that after a day or two your stubborn phlegm is gone. But for persistent cough and phlegm continue to drink this formula up to 7 days for better result.

It is much better also to seek advice from your Manghihilot for proper diagnostic and treatment.
