My last day of training for Kayoko and Emico is done through institutional practical assessment of what they have learned from me as Hilot Teacher.

I think this will be my last to take Japanese student this year. And through this i want to make a shout out to the World, is Japanese only interested to learn Hilot?

Hehehe! Everyone from all Nations of the world are welcome to inquire.

Hilot our Pride

This page started as Philippine Traditional Hilot Wellness Massage and promoting it as Alternative Medicine. As we start we walk together with PHILIPPINE CERTIFIED WELLNESS THERAPIST ASSOCIATION as our main organization for our Tesda Graduate in Hilot Wellness NC2 and Massage Therapy NC2 until the group was disolve to give way for DoH organization of Licensed Massage Therapist that is PALMT or Philippine Association of Licensed Massage Therapist.

But by 2018, Hilot Academy of Binabaylan will open its door not only for teaching or training but also as membership organization to all Hilot provider in promoting our Modality as Philippine Traditional and Natural Medicine.

Like in other country, we believe Hilot is not just an Alternative Medicine but it is our very own Traditional Medicine.
In this modern age of the Millenials, we almost have lost our own identity as who we are and have neglected the works of our ancestors in co creating this world.
Habi or Hilot Academy of Binabaylan commits in preserving our own culture by Sharing Hilot to the world that will bring us back our own identity as the Children from the Pearl of the Orient as Magiting or Great People.

Valuing Health

Hilot values the health of every client thus we teach our clients to value their health too. Being too busy is not an excuse for an individual to neglect their own health.

The Hilot Binabaylan follows the Universal and Natural Laws. We start our work as the sun rises till the sun set, seven days a week, and four weeks a month.

We acknowledge that each individual has also tight schedule from work but still it is not an excuse to be lazy in taking care of your own wellness.

If you are an employed individual at least you either have 1 or 2 day off that you can use for a Hilot treatment. Or even if you dont have a day off, it is must that you set an appointment to have your hilot treatment done for you.

Hilot does not do Home or Hotel Service to anyone, except that if the individual is about to deliver birth or on his/her death bed.Other condition where a Hilot provide a home treatment is when the individual had a stroke and is paralyzed. This condition requires medical abstract and recommendation from the patients attending Physician.

As Habi emphasize, Hilot is not just a massage. It is a complete art and science of healing. Each modality can be a stand alone treatment. But all together, it can be an amazing holistic program that will touch not only your body but also your soul.

Bentusa

Hilot is a diverse modality of natural healing and bentusa is one of the most effective method of affecting cure employed in hilot.

Bentusa or Fire Cupping serves two function: first is for Diagnosis and secondly is for affecting cure.

There are four methods of applying bentusa to the body. First is the retention method which use 6 to 8 cups placed on the side of the spine to be retained on the body for about 5 to 10 minutes which serve as diagnostic tool in hilot.

Second is the rolling or moving method that involves two cups to be glided on the body.

Third is the popping method; and lastly is the wet method which you will lacerate the dark red mark produced in applying the cups on the skin.

To know more about application of Bentusa Cupping treatment, we invite you to learn with us at Hilot Academy of Binabaylan by sending us a message here by emailing us at hilot.binabaylan@gmail.com or by calling us at +639952467040 and look for Apu Adman Aghama.

Stress Free Healing Modality

In the olden times (but not that too old enough because im just recalling my memories of having a hilot when i was child) there are no Hilot Center or establishment people could go anytime. We go to the hilot house and there we ask and recieve treatment directly.

Hilot does not do home service unless the situation of the patient is bed ridden or when the expected mother is about to deliver birth.

No scheduling. No appointment. People just go to the hilot house and get the treatment right away.

The Hilot provider stays in their home and make their home as a sanctuary of healing, health and wellness.

Hilot in order to be an effective healer, S/he stays in his/her home and consecrate it as their healing center.

At home the tools of healing are accessible even the access to spiritual powers are present because the Home of the Hilot is the access point of the Diwata and Anito.

Now-a-days, the so called hilot treatment are commercialized in Spa Centers but it lack the touch of Spirituality of our Ancestors that Hilot is the Gift of the Divine for the Common People of the world.

The Hilot devotes his/her life in implementing the law of nature in her/his personal life as well as to the life of the patient.

The Hilot relieve stress, so the Hilot must also stress Free.

Preserving the Healing Tradition

In starting the current class session of Hilot ng Aghamang Binabaylan, i ask my foreign students if they know their countries Traditional and Natural Medicine; and they say they are not aware or familiar about it because everyone is infused with modernization but probably they have.

As Filipino, we in Hilot Academy are proud to say that it is our mission to preserve our Traditional and Natural Healing Arts.

If in Belarus they have the healing wispherers, we have too which are the Hilot Binabaylan that use Orasyon.

The process of Healing

Today we review the Traditional Pulse Reading and asked our student for a return demonstration.

Traditional Pulse reading aims to investigate the activities of the internal organs and not only the passage of blood to our heart.

Then after that we discuss and demonstrate Suob, Banyos, Hilod and Paligo.

These healing modalities are all method of cleansing but also complete modality to affect cure and healing.

In healing, there are process that we need to observe.

In Hilot, water has an important role in cleansing or removing dirt and negative energies to the client.

Suob is a form of water therapy through wet or dry steam. It also involve heat to induce perapiration that pushes out to the body the stored toxins through sweat.

Then after suob, banyos is done which is application of herbal treated warm water to swipe off the dirt. After wards hilod is performed which use natural herbs to remove the dead skin cells and also give nutrition to the clients body.
