Hilot Binabaylan Council Inc. Is Now Officially Registered
The Hilot Binabaylan community is pleased to announce that Hilot Binabaylan Council Inc. has officially received its Certificate of Incorporation from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 20 July 2026 and has successfully completed its registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) as a Non-Stock, Non-Profit Organization.
This milestone marks the formal establishment of the first professional, educational, accrediting, and lineage-preserving council dedicated specifically to the protection, preservation, and advancement of the Hilot Binabaylan tradition.
The Council was established to serve as a professional home for practitioners, mentors, healers, educators, researchers, and advocates committed to Indigenous Filipino Healing Arts and Sciences.
Our Mission
The Hilot Binabaylan Council Inc. exists to:
- Preserve and protect the integrity of the Hilot Binabaylan lineage;
- Establish ethical and professional standards for practitioners;
- Provide licensure, certification, accreditation, and professional recognition;
- Develop competent practitioners and future leaders;
- Support research, cultural preservation, and community wellness;
- Strengthen the transmission of Indigenous Filipino Healing Arts and Sciences to future generations.
