The Journey of a FilAm Hilot

It was April 17, 2017 when i recieved a notification comment in one of our post here at Hilot Academy that comes from a FilAm Girl of San Francisco, California, USA that is a secondary school teacher and her Name is Verma.

Verma took the Hilot Binabaylan Certification course when she came to the Philippines last July 2017 and had successfully completed her training as Binabaylan Hilot.

She took her Hilot Training in our previous location which is at One Santillan Place, Brgy. Pio del Pilar, Makati City.

And this year, the Academy welcomes her back as she continues her study to improve her skills as Hilot Binabaylan. We started our continuing education first by giving her the opportunity to welcome and pass the certificate of completion to a Austrian Pinay Hilot Binabaylan of Viena which is Ms. Ryah Pas.

Then she took lessons on Baybayin as her guidance for Kilubansa Elemental Name emergetic balance analysis and determining the client/patient life purpose.

We also have shared to her the Art of Tawas using candle, egg and paper which is our Traditional Spiritual Diagnostic Method. In Hilot we believe that the Mind concieves life and all things started from it. So we treat the unseen forces first before it come to manifest into the Physical Plane of Existence. By doing Tawas, we as Hilot Binabaylan we are harmonizing our 7 souls to our physical body which is the core vessel our owm spirit. Through Tawas we help individual to learn and recognize their life purpose that they may enjoy wellness.

Then after tawas of course it needed to perform the pagpag at pahipo dampi ritual to strengthen the auric field of the client.

And as our last activity we have shared to her the techniques on fertility hilot for male and female to help the couple to conceive a child. The video below only shows head and facial hilot as primary ritual in doing fertility hilot.

Then the time has come to award all of her effort in her Continuing Education as Binabaylan Hilot, given on the 4th day of May 2018-indeed may the 4th be with you!

Hilot Binabaylan re awakening in Viena, Austria

Last year during the Healing Festival at Siquijor, me and lakay have a met a group of people from Viena, Austria which are Filipino-Austrian having a vacation pilgrimage in the Philippines

And this year, we are blessed enough to have one of them to be our student of Binabaylan Hilot and she is Myss Ria.

Her training started with a cleansing and dedication ritual that was attuned to Friday the 13th which opened up her self to the Great Powers to help her in doing the work of a healer.

A demonstration that being a healer as a bearer of light that will shine on darkness, to alleviate the suffering of people from illness not only to the physical body but as well to the emotion, mind and spirit.

Today, we great fun of sharing the art and science of “tawas” as the traditional diagnostic procedure in determining the cause of illness.

Hilot as Philippine Traditional Medicine

World Health Organization defines Traditional Medicine as:”… the sum total of the knowledge, skill, and practices based on the theories, beliefs, and experiences indigenous to different cultures, whether explicable or not, used in the maintenance of health as well as in the prevention, diagnosis, improvement or treatment of physical and mental illness.”- WHO Definition of Traditional Medicine.

12495080_1078082395595031_7694227900456780327_nAs per WHO definition, we in the academy advocates that Hilot qualifies to be the Philippines Traditional Medicine as it qualifies World Health Organization definition of Traditional Medicine being used in maintenance of health as well as in prevention, diagnosis, improvement or treatment of physical and mental illness.

The Academy always reiterated that Hilot is a complete Science and Art of Traditional Filipino Medicine as it provides preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative form of healthcare.

Hilot does heal not only the Physical Body from ailment but it covers to deal with the emotional and mental stability of the patient/ client. As traditional medicine, Hilot is not limited into one modality of Massage but also it incorporates other healing modality in its treatment procedures. The Academy provides formal workshop and training to those who are interested to master the Arts and Science of Hilot.

New Features of Habi.

Hi! This is Apu Adman Aghama and i am making something new to our site. As you can see i have added some new features in our webpage and that is the Hilot TV which is our Youtube channel which you can access all our video clips in teaching hilot.  Occationally, i will add some video that will promote Hilot as the Traditional Medicine of the Filipino People.

On the video that you are about to see now is published on November 29, 2016 that talks about burping and absorbing negative energy.

Fusing of Hilot and Yoga

Two days ago i recieved an email from a Yoga Guru that express her interest with Hilot as the traditional medicine of the Philippines.

March 15 is our first day of fusion. I started introducing Hilot by sharing the philosophies and principles of hilot as well as the concept of health, illness and wellness. I emphasize the concept of man and what is man made of.

 

 

After sharing it, i started the skills transfer by asking lakay alsent to demonstrate the traditional method of scanning illness which is Tawas.

JD our fellow healer already have background with Hilot as traditional massage but is interested in learning the Hilot Diagnostic Procedure which is Tawas.

After experiencing the procedure, she her self perform the tawas ritual to Mommy Rose.

Tomorrow, JD will experience Kilubansa Healing which consist of Pagpag Cleansing Ritual and Patong Dampi Ritual plus a review on the Hilot 5 elemental touch strokes.

Hilot Certification Program

Hilot Academy of Binabaylan through Kaduwa Movement Equality through Compassion Inc. ( formerly known as Marriage Equality Advocates Philippines Inc.) provides free certification program in Hilot through a livelihood training to the LGBT community.

The goal of this program is to provide basic knowledge, skills and attitude of the participant in performing Hilot Wellness Modality as an income generating opportunity of Kaduwa Members in uplifting their status of living and in becoming a dignified member of the society.

The project was launched yesterday, February 3, 2018 at Kaduwa Movement office located at Unit 6 King Christopher st. cor. King David st., Kingspoint Subdivision, Brgy. Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City.

Masa Hilot Certification is a 60 Hours Livelihood training program that will issue certificate to the participants upon completing the training course program.

Attendees will be graded based on their participation and demonstration of the skills that been transfered to them. Eacg day, a certificate of attendance will be issued and upon completing the course, a certificate of completion will be rewarded and a recommendation letter will be granted for National Assessment and Certification.

This certification and recommendation can be applied to TESDA ( Technical Education & Skills Development Authority) for National Certification 2 or for renewal of their NC.

The first certification has been issued covering the topic on the Definition, History, Philosophy, Principles of Hilot; Creation of Man and the Five Elements; Concept of Life, Health, Illness and Wellness; and the Healing Concepts and modalities of Hilot.

Communicating with the Higher Self

In Binabaylan Healing, we facilitate communication. We communicate not only to the person who is ill but also to their higher selves that will guide us to direct healing to the main root cause of illness. 

Through prayer and ritualistic movement we conduct in our healing, all body parts are being stimulated to respond in the act of re Creating their body that penetrate deeper to each nerve, tissues and cell to restore optimum health and wellness of the client. 
Facilitating communication to the higher selves of the client does not only heal the physical aspect of the person but also the emotional and mental state that will also affect the social and spritual well being of our client.
