Training Terms & Condition

Be it be known that Hilot Academy of Binabaylan is an Educational Ministry of Luntiang Aghama Natural Divine Arts Shrine of Healing Inc. which is a religious organization that preserves and promote Philippine Indigenous Traditional Spiritual Beliefs and Practices.

That the Training Program being offered by HABI are all Copy Righted owned by Luntiang Aghama Natural Divine Arts Shrine of Healing Inc. which is a non-government accredited training program that aims to preserve the Philippine Indigenous & Traditional Ancestral Healing Arts and Sciences through the training program developed by Luntiang Aghama for Hilot Academy of Binabaylan.

Thus, by enrolling/ signing up/register to any training program offered by Hilot Academy of Binabaylan, whether be it in person face-to-face, Online or Hybrid blended Learning, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You must have the capacity to make decisions for your own self and take responsibilities of your action.
  2. You enroll or enter a training program which calls your personal interest that will help you gain expertise on the field of your likings.
  3. Hilot Academy of Binabaylan will collect personal information such as your name, date of birth, residential address, email, contact number and other information that will be kept by Habi for your certification and reference.
  4. Know that the personal information that been collected from you will not be used for any other purpose except only for record keeping of the academy and notification of our updates.
  5. As you register, we require you to pay 20% non- refundable reservation fee/ downpayment that will be deductible to the full amount of the training fee which you can pay the remaining balance on the first day of the class.
  6. Hilot Academy of Binabaylan provides training program that will qualify you to become a Hilot Binabaylan Practitioner.
  7. Most of our Training Program are designed for one-on-one training, but we can accommodate 2-4 students which we call as Kamagaral Hilot Training.
  8. 20 % off of the total training price is given to Group enrollee but if you are lone enrollee, you have to pay the full price of training fee. You are encourage to bring a friend that is willing pay in order for you to obtain the 20% off on the training fee.
  9. The fee’s that we collect goes to Hotel Accommodation rental, Training Venue Rental, Food, Production of Training Materials, Transportation, Utilities and Love Gifts to our Faculty.
  10. Sit in can be allowed but there will be an additional cost for the food that we serve that includes breakfast, snacks, lunch, snacks, dinner and overflowing coffee or tea. But sit in will not have certificate and other benefits of full student.
  11. Foreign students or Filipino in Diaspora who lives outside the Philippines will be picked up at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. So we will ask you your flight details such as time of arrival and terminal location and airline flight number. Then we will bring you to your hotel accommodation and every day an Ebike will pick you up in the morning and bring you back to your hotel after the training.
  12. For enrollee outside the Philippines, we will also send you back to the airport if right after the training by 5:00 PM will be your departure date. But let us know if you have other plans and if we still need to send you off before you leave the Training Center.
  13. The same condition applies to local/native enrollee.
  14. Hilot Academy of Binabaylan serves Filipino food which mainly is an omnivore (combination of meat & vegetable) diet. This is to align the students experience of immersion on the daily lifestyle of Common Filipino. You may also inform us if you have any allergies and any other food requirements. But be reminded that our food serving types is limited only to the budget you have paid on the training.
  15. If you bring a companion that will sit in and the purpose is to become a practice model, we require your companion to sign a waiver form that will also requires the collection of personal information.
  16. During the Training, Taking down notes, audio recording, video recording and taking picture is allowed as long as you will caption it as Hilot Binabaylan Training and tag and mention us wherever you will post it in social media or internet.
  17. As you complete, the training program, you will receive certificate of completion and ordination as Hilot Binabaylan Practitioner.
  18. Being a Hilot Binabaylan Practitioner, you become an automatic member of Luntiang Aghama Natural Divine Arts Shrine of Healing Inc. as a Healing Minister or Hilot Binabaylan.
  19. As a practitioner, your name and picture will be posted at www.hilotacademy.com signifying you have trained at the Academy and you are an Authentic Hilot Binabaylan Practitioner.
  20. As practitioner, you are not allowed to teach or to offer training unless you are a certified Mentor of the Academy.
  21. Hilot Tanglaw is our Mentorship Training program that will enable you to mentor skills you practice as Hilot Binabaylan.
  22. In order to become an accredited Hilot Binabaylan mentor, you need to bring student to the academy to be trained by Master Hilot Trainer and the Master Hilot Trainer will supervise you as you share your knowledge, skills and abilities you chose to be your expertise in mentoring.
  23. You may select multiple skills of expertise and you have to indicate those skills in your application form.
  24. Master Hilot Trainer is only given to an accredited mentor if the mentor has developed a training program that is aligned to the Philippine Indigenous Traditional Healing Arts and Sciences advocated by the Academy.
